My name is Kendall Matthews. I’m a real estate and mortgage consultant in Arizona who finally figured out no one is going to bail me out.
At the time I am writing this, only banks are getting the bail out money. Did you hear that American Express Credit Card company, turn themselves into a bank? Guess what they got because they became a bank? You guest it! Bail out money!
I said to myself, “Well, I need to become my own bank!”
However, I have one big problem. I don’t have enough customers or clients to effectively take their money and invest it in things I barely understand or comprehend like mortgaged-back securities or create off-balance sheet shell companies.
I don’t even have a management team they I can overpay for incompetence or give bonuses points for excessive greed during their quarterly reviews. It’s just me… and my outsourced team in India and Thailand.
To rectify my problem, I figured, why don’t I help a few of my current clients and friends become their own banks with me. This website is completely dedicated to finding ethical, legal, and efficient ways to:
- Finding resources that allow my to keep the pennies and two dimes I have left.
- Discuss ways of creating multiple streams of income, especially if your a soon to be laid-off auto worker.
- Create partnerships with like minded folks who want… (I stole this saying from Mr. Barack Hussain Obama) “Change!”

However, if you want to talk about theory and platitudes about how things should work, how the world should be, yet you’ve never done, could do it, or have the power-of-mind-control to change it, like change NAFTA, get rid of fiat currencies, or how the world is full of racist and sexist and that is the reason why you can’t get unconnected from The Matrix… this is not the place for you.
